For Premier MRI Referring Physicians

Premier MRI offers high quality imaging studies with quick turnaround. Refer your patients to Premier by writing an order for the study and requesting office staff or the patient to call Premier at 1-888-MRI-4-NOW or schedule an appointment through the Make an Appointment tab above.

Imaging studies are read correctly and in detail by our team of highly skilled radiologists, all board certified by the American Board of Radiology and licensed with the State of Michigan. Reports are sent to the referring physician usually by the next business day. The detailed reports provided to physicians have been developed based on physician feedback. When necessary STAT reports can be obtained at the physician's request and a phone consultation with the radiologist can be easily scheduled in a timely manner.

Patients receive a CD at the end of the test to bring to you. If you would like a CD as well, please let us know.

Refer patients for:

MRI and MRA

0.5 mm slice thickness allows early discovery of lesions and small abnormalities.
Capabilities include spine, head, chest, abdomen, pelvis, vascular and extremities.
Detect spinal concerns including ruptured or herniated discs, nerve damage, spinal stenosis and tumors.
Assess nerve damage in the spinal cord caused by trauma or disease, such as multiple sclerosis.
Evaluate areas of joint inflammation or abnormal bone loss identified during an X-ray or bone density scan.
Detect bony tumors, soft tissue lesions, occult injuries, avascular necrosis, or damage to cartilage, ligaments or tendons.
Examine abnormalities of the female pelvis, or reproductive organs.
Detect tumors and aneurysms with cranial/vascular MRI/MRA.
Premier's MRI can accommodate patients up to 350 pounds.

ACR

X-ray

Services include spine, chest, sinus, limb, hand, foot, ankle or wrist.
X-rays are performed using the lowest dose of radiation available while creating clear images.

Contrast and 3-D imaging studies are also available.

Insurance

Premier MRI accepts most insurances and works closely with patient insurance companies and other third-party payers. We also work with auto insurance companies and individual payors.
